The methods of using Chamber Furnace mainly include the following steps:
1. Preparation
Environmental inspection: Make sure that the Chamber Furnace has reached the ambient temperature suitable for operation and is placed in a stable and well-ventilated place.
Safety protection: Wear necessary protective equipment, such as work clothes, heat-insulating gloves, anti-strong light goggles, etc., to ensure that the laboratory or work area has taken corresponding safety protection measures.
Equipment inspection: Check whether the furnace is clean and free of foreign matter, remove debris on the furnace bottom plate, and prevent the resistance wire from being broken. At the same time, check whether the power connection is safe and reliable, and ensure that the power connection of the temperature control instrument is correct.
2. Power-on operation
Power on: Turn on the power of Chamber Furnace and turn the power switch to the ON position.
Set parameters: Set the required heating temperature and heating time through the temperature control instrument. The temperature control instrument usually displays the current temperature and set temperature, which is convenient for users to understand the temperature status of the furnace at any time.
Select mode: According to the experimental or production requirements, select the appropriate working mode, such as constant temperature mode, heating mode, etc.
3. Loading samples
Placing samples: Place the samples to be heated on the sample holder in the furnace chamber, and be careful not to overcrowd them so that air can circulate freely. At the same time, ensure that the samples do not fall into the furnace chamber to avoid safety hazards.
Close the furnace door: After loading the samples, quickly and safely close the furnace door to reduce heat loss and ensure that the temperature in the furnace is stable.
4. Heating process
Start heating: Press the start button or turn on the heating switch to start heating the Chamber Furnace. During the heating process, pay close attention to the display of the temperature control instrument to ensure that the temperature in the furnace is stable within the set range.
Operation monitoring: Regularly check the status of the materials in the furnace to ensure the smooth progress of the experiment or production. At the same time, pay attention to whether there is any abnormal smell or sound, as well as the change of the temperature in the furnace.
5. End operation
Turn off heating: When the heating process is over, the Chamber Furnace will automatically cut off the power supply or the heating function needs to be manually turned off. At this time, wait for the temperature in the furnace to naturally drop to a safe range before proceeding to the next step.
Take out the sample: Wear gloves and carefully take out the sample, and turn off the power switch. Pay attention to avoid safety accidents such as burns and electric shock during sampling.
6. Maintenance and care
Regular cleaning: Clean and maintain the Chamber Furnace regularly to keep the furnace and equipment clean.
Check equipment: Check whether the various parts of the equipment are intact regularly. If damaged, they should be replaced or repaired in time.
Record data: Record the data and situation of each use of the Chamber Furnace for subsequent analysis and improvement.
Through the standardized operation of the above steps, the normal operation of the Chamber Furnace can be ensured and its service life can be extended. At the same time, attention should be paid to safety matters and compliance with operating procedures during use to ensure the smooth progress of experiments or production and the safety of personnel.
