Equipment features:
1. The muffle and air guide tube adopt an anti-deformation corrugated structure, which can increase the strength of the tank body and improve the uniformity of the atmosphere circulation. The unequal thickness design of the muffle and air guide tube not only ensures the strength of the tank body, but also saves heat-resistant steel materials and extends the service life.
2. The furnace cover adopts mesh deformation-resistant insulation bag and reinforced air guide upper cover, which solves the problems of thermal stress deformation, cracking and uneven atmosphere of heat-resistant steel structural parts in the furnace under high temperature.
3. The furnace lining adopts full fiber to reduce the heat storage of the equipment, shorten the heating and cooling time, save energy and improve the thermal efficiency of the equipment.
4. The workpiece is transferred to the quenching tank by a mobile controlled atmosphere pit furnace or a mobile insulation cover material car for quenching. The workpiece completes the insulation before quenching during the transfer process, effectively controlling the excessive temperature drop of the workpiece during the transfer process, shortening the quenching time, improving product quality and saving energy.
5. During the quenching process, the oil fume sealing device at the quenching tank is connected with the mobile controlled atmosphere pit furnace or the mobile insulation cover material car, and nitrogen protective gas is filled at the same time to form a closed quenching condition. The generated oil fume is collected through the exhaust pipe to the oil fume purification device for purification. During cleaning, the cleaning liquid directly enters the cleaning chamber and can be recycled after treatment and regeneration. There is no discharge of dirty liquid, which is green and environmentally friendly.
6. Through the integrated control of PLC, the heat treatment process is automated, which can solve the problems of high labor intensity and low safety factor of workers.
7. During the quenching heat treatment process, the workpiece is installed in the heating cover or insulation cover, and there will be no fire or personnel safety accidents due to high temperature exposure, which is highly safe.
8. Mobile insulation cover laser positioning: ±1 mm, high positioning accuracy during the transfer process, the transfer time of the workpiece from the heating furnace to the quenching tank is ≤15 S, which is convenient for automatic operation and reduces the discreteness of the quenching hardness of the workpiece. The mobile controlled atmosphere pit furnace or mobile insulation cover material car is introduced into the protective atmosphere to reduce the heat loss and surface oxidation during the mobile quenching process.
9. The heating speed adopts a control method combining slope and PID: the slope control in the heating stage improves the follow-up of PV and SV. Automatic identification of the insulation stage, using PID control mode. It not only improves the heating speed, but also ensures the uniformity of the insulation stage. The control system software has obtained a software patent.
10. Automatic loading and unloading and automatic execution of heat treatment process parameters can be realized through the computer integrated control management system. The production line is connected to the company's MES system, realizing real-time monitoring of the production process and automatic collection of quality data, and promoting the digitalization, intelligence and green development of the heat treatment production process.
